Sabai Finance is a financial education provider operating from 219 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. We offer small-group educational programmes for adults aged 40 and older, covering retirement planning, investment literacy, and estate and legacy arrangements.
For the purposes of this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refers to Sabai Finance. "You" refers to any individual who visits our website, submits an enquiry, or participates in our programmes.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
When you complete the contact form on our website, register interest in a programme, or correspond with us by email or telephone, we may collect:
- Your name and preferred form of address
- Email address and telephone number
- The programme you are enquiring about
- Any additional information you choose to include in your message
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, certain technical data is collected automatically by our web hosting and analytics tools. This may include your approximate location (country or city level), the pages you visit, the device and browser type you are using, and how you arrived at our site. We do not collect this data in a way that identifies you personally.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your enquiry and answer questions about our programmes
- Confirm and administer programme bookings
- Send you materials related to a programme you have enrolled in
- Follow up after a programme if you have indicated you would welcome this
- Notify you of programme schedule changes or updates directly relevant to your booking
We do not use your contact details for general marketing unless you have separately indicated you would like to receive such communications, and we make it straightforward to withdraw that indication at any time.
4. Legal basis for processing
Our processing of your personal information is based on the following grounds under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and applicable international data protection principles:
- Contractual necessity — when processing is needed to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or to fulfil a booking you have made.
- Legitimate interests — when we need to respond to an enquiry you have sent to us, or to maintain records of programmes attended.
- Consent — where we have asked for and received your agreement to receive particular communications. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
7. Data retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for a period of two years from the date of last contact, or for as long as a programme participation record requires us to hold it. After this period, personal data is deleted or anonymised.
If you have not enrolled in any programme and correspondence has been inactive for two years, your details will be removed from our records. You may also request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA and related data protection principles, you have the right to:
- Ask whether we hold personal data about you and request a copy of it
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Ask us to delete personal data we hold about you, where there is no longer a lawful reason for us to hold it
- Object to or request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
- Withdraw any consent you have previously given
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 12. We aim to respond to all requests within 30 days.
9. Security
We take reasonable organisational and technical steps to protect the personal information we hold. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for data in transit. Access to personal data held by Sabai Finance is limited to members of our team who need it to carry out their work.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is fully without risk. If you have reason to believe that your personal information has been compromised, please contact us promptly.
