Sabai Finance is a financial education provider operating from 219 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. We offer small-group educational programmes for adults aged 40 and older, covering retirement planning, investment literacy, and estate and legacy arrangements.

For the purposes of this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refers to Sabai Finance. "You" refers to any individual who visits our website, submits an enquiry, or participates in our programmes.

When you complete the contact form on our website, register interest in a programme, or correspond with us by email or telephone, we may collect:

Under the PDPA and related data protection principles, you have the right to:

• Ask whether we hold personal data about you and request a copy of it
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
• Ask us to delete personal data we hold about you, where there is no longer a lawful reason for us to hold it
• Object to or request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
• Withdraw any consent you have previously given

We take reasonable organisational and technical steps to protect the personal information we hold. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for data in transit. Access to personal data held by Sabai Finance is limited to members of our team who need it to carry out their work.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is fully without risk. If you have reason to believe that your personal information has been compromised, please contact us promptly.
