1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
- "Sabai Finance", "we", "us", and "our" refers to Sabai Finance, operating from 219 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
- "Programme" refers to any educational session, workshop, or series of sessions offered by Sabai Finance.
- "Participant" refers to any individual who enrols in or attends a Programme.
- "Website" refers to the Sabai Finance website at sabaifiny.pro and all associated pages.
2. Use of the website
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you will use it only for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, to introduce harmful code, or to use the website in any way that could damage or impair its availability to others.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot warrant that all content is free of error or omission. Programme details — including fees, dates, and session structure — are subject to change. Please confirm current details with us before booking.
3. Programme enrolment
Enquiries submitted through our contact form are an expression of interest, not a binding booking. A place is confirmed only when we have responded to confirm availability, you have received a booking confirmation from us, and any required deposit or full fee has been received.
All programmes are limited to small groups (typically six participants or fewer). We reserve the right to decline or defer an enrolment where a group is full or where a programme may not be appropriate for a prospective participant's circumstances, and we will communicate this to you clearly and promptly.
4. Fees and payment
Programme fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are as follows at the time of publication:
- Retirement Roadmap Conversations — ฿5,400 THB
- Investment Foundations for Adults — ฿8,200 THB
- Estate and Legacy Planning Workshop — ฿11,400 THB
Fees include all programme materials stated in the respective programme description. They do not include travel or accommodation unless otherwise stated. We will confirm the accepted payment methods with you at the time of booking.
Fees are subject to change. The fee applicable to your booking is the fee confirmed in writing at the time your place is reserved.
5. Cancellation and transfers
Cancellation by the participant
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Our approach to cancellations is as follows:
- Cancellations received more than 14 days before the start of a programme: we will offer a full refund or a transfer to the next available cohort.
- Cancellations received 7 to 14 days before the programme: we will offer a transfer to another cohort. A refund may be considered at our discretion.
- Cancellations received fewer than 7 days before the programme: we are unable to offer a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to transfer your place to a later date if one is available.
Cancellation by Sabai Finance
We occasionally need to reschedule or cancel a programme due to insufficient enrolments, the unavailability of a session leader, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will give you as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date.
6. Nature of our content
Sabai Finance provides educational and informational content. Our programmes are designed to help participants understand financial concepts, Thai-specific instruments, and relevant legal and planning frameworks. They are not a substitute for personalised financial, legal, or tax advice from a licensed professional.
Nothing presented in our sessions, materials, or website should be taken as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product, or as legal advice in respect of any specific personal situation. Participants are encouraged to use the knowledge gained to ask better questions of qualified professionals who know their individual circumstances.
7. Intellectual property
All written materials, workbooks, worksheets, slide content, and other programme resources produced by Sabai Finance are our intellectual property. Participants may use these materials for their own private reference and study. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.
The content on this website, including text, layout, and design, is the property of Sabai Finance. You may share links to our pages, but you may not reproduce substantial portions of website content without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Sabai Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in our programmes, including but not limited to decisions made in reliance on content provided in sessions or materials.
Our liability in connection with any programme booking shall not exceed the fee paid for that booking.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Thai law.
9. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or enrolment in a programme after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
