Our Programmes
Three programmes. Three distinct questions about the next chapter.
Each programme is self-contained and built around a specific set of questions — about retirement, about investing, or about estate arrangements. Participants choose the one that reflects where they are right now.

How Sabai Finance structures each programme
Every programme follows the same foundational structure: small groups, discussion-led sessions, a written personal output, and facilitators who welcome questions at any point rather than parking them until the end.
The content within that structure varies substantially by programme. Retirement Roadmap Conversations are built around the participant's own numbers — savings, outgoings, expected income from different sources. Investment Foundations is built around case studies before moving to personal application. The Estate Workshop works through a personal checklist that participants complete during the day.
All three programmes include materials participants take home and can use independently after the final session.
Max 6 participants
Every session, every programme.
Personal document
Produced and taken home by each participant.
Discussion-led
Questions welcomed throughout, not deferred.
No product sales
Commercial neutrality built into the model.
Programme One
Retirement Roadmap Conversations
A series of three relaxed sessions designed for readers who would like to map out the next phase of life with patience and care. Together with an advisor-educator, participants review current savings, monthly outgoings, and the household calendar of expected expenses through their sixties and seventies.
The programme draws on locally familiar concepts — Provident Fund balances, Social Security entitlements, and family-support obligations — and translates them into a personal roadmap document the participant keeps. Materials are provided in English with bilingual glossaries.
What participants gain
- A clear picture of retirement income from all current sources
- An honest view of expected outgoings in the sixties and seventies
- Understanding of Provident Fund and Social Security interaction
- A personal roadmap document to revisit and update over time
- Bilingual Thai-English glossaries for technical terms
How it runs
Session one — Current position: mapping savings, pensions, assets, and expected income sources in retirement.
Session two — Expected outgoings: building a household calendar of expenses through the sixties and seventies, including healthcare and family obligations.
Session three — Roadmap production: assembling the personal document, identifying gaps, and discussing next steps with licensed professionals.

Programme Two
Investment Foundations for Adults
A four-week reading-and-discussion programme that introduces the language of mutual funds, equities, bonds, and Thai-specific instruments such as LTF and RMF holdings. Sessions are structured around case studies of households in their forties and fifties.
Participants leave with a written summary of their own risk preferences, time horizon, and a starter watchlist they can take to any licensed advisor for review. No prior experience is expected; the pace is set so that questions are welcomed throughout. Includes a follow-up review call six weeks after the final session.
What participants gain
- Working vocabulary for reading prospectuses and advisor reports
- Understanding of LTF, RMF, and Thai equity fund structures
- Written summary of personal risk preference and time horizon
- Starter watchlist to take to a licensed advisor
- Take-home workbook and six-week follow-up call
Four-week structure
Week one — Reading the landscape: asset classes, how mutual funds work, the role of the SEC and Thai fund regulation.
Week two — Thai instruments in depth: LTF and RMF eligibility, tax advantages, and how they fit within a broader portfolio.
Week three — Risk and time horizon: understanding your own tolerance and mapping it to appropriate instrument types.
Week four — Personal application: workbook completion, watchlist development, and how to use these with a licensed advisor.

Programme Three
Estate and Legacy Planning Workshop
A one-day, small-group workshop focused on the documents and conversations involved in arranging an estate in Thailand — wills, beneficiary nominations, life insurance designations, and the considerations particular to mixed-nationality households.
The session is led in an advisory, non-prescriptive register and produces a personal checklist of what to discuss with family, what to discuss with a notary or attorney, and which financial accounts may need updated paperwork. Light lunch is included. Participants receive a printed booklet they can revisit at home.
What participants gain
- Understanding of Thai succession law for residents and non-citizens
- Clarity on will registration, beneficiary nominations, and life insurance designations
- Cross-border considerations for mixed-nationality households
- Personal estate checklist to take to family and professional conversations
- Printed reference booklet covering all topics discussed
One-day structure
Morning — Thai succession law fundamentals, will types and registration, and beneficiary nomination processes across common account types.
Lunch — Light meal included. Informal discussion continues.
Afternoon — Cross-border complexity for mixed households, life insurance designations, and personal checklist completion with group discussion.

Professional Standards
How we ensure programme quality
Participant privacy
Financial details shared within sessions remain within the group. No case material appears in marketing without explicit written consent.
Regulatory accuracy
Thai instrument rules, tax thresholds, and succession law references are reviewed at the start of each programme cycle to ensure current accuracy.
Scope boundaries
All programmes operate within financial education, not regulated advisory services. Participants are directed to licensed professionals for product and legal decisions.
Session feedback
Every session closes with a written feedback form. Facilitators review responses before the next session and adjust pace or emphasis accordingly.
Data protection (PDPA)
Participant data handling is reviewed annually for compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. No data is shared with third-party providers.
Adult learning methodology
Sessions are designed around adult learning principles: prior knowledge respected, discussions led by participant questions, and personal application prioritised over syllabus coverage.
